When you visit the website, technical data such as IP address, browser information, requested pages, referrer information and timestamps may be processed by our hosting and infrastructure providers for delivery, security and troubleshooting.

We use local or session storage for interface preferences, the intro preloader, brand-check progress and cookieless PostHog analytics. PostHog helps us understand visits and selected interactions on verynice.studio. It is configured without cookies, with session recording disabled and person profiles limited to identified-only mode.

If you contact us through a form, request a review or submit a brand-check result, we process the information you provide, such as name, email address, message, selected answers, score/result information and optional notes, together with technical metadata such as submission time, IP address and user agent. We use this data to answer your enquiry, prepare offers and prevent misuse.

We use selected service providers for website operation and communication, including Netlify, Sanity, PostHog, Resend and Firebase/Google Cloud. They may process data on our behalf as processors or infrastructure providers. Some providers may process data outside the EEA. Where required, appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses apply.

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the respective purpose or legal retention duties. You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection where the legal requirements are met. If processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time.
