AK Digioffensive

Shaping the Future of Work

Making digital transformation visible, accessible and human.

Visual communication for a nationwide initiative by the Austrian Chamber of Labour.

The AK Digioffensive brought together more than 500 projects across Austria, all working towards one shared goal: shaping digital transformation in the interest of workers. From digital education platforms to union organising, platform work, workplace surveillance, inclusion and artificial intelligence, the initiative made one thing clear: technology is never neutral.

For this complex and far reaching programme, we developed a visual language that could hold many different topics, formats and audiences together. The design needed to feel accessible without simplifying the subject, institutional without becoming cold, and flexible enough to work across a growing archive of projects, digital touchpoints and editorial formats.

At the centre of the work was a simple visual task: to make digital transformation feel less abstract. The system gave structure to a broad collection of initiatives and helped translate political, social and technological questions into a clear, public facing format.

The result is a design framework for digital justice, built to support communication, orientation and visibility across one of Austria’s largest initiatives around work and digital change.
