C.O.P.

A restaurant concept rooted in produce, curation and craft.

Brand presence and visual identity for a project built around origin, minimalism and ingredient-first thinking.

C.O.P.

C.O.P. stands for Collection of Produce, a project that centred regional growers, producers and ingredient quality at its core. The concept brought instinctive, honest cooking and a minimal, intentional presentation to the Vienna dining scene, placing dishes on the menu not as entertainment but as curated expressions of season and provenance. The interwoven visual and physical identity supported this approach, making the restaurant feel like a gallery where each plate and each producer’s story had space and meaning.

Founded by a team that included Haya and Nuriel Molcho with chef Elihay Berliner, C.O.P. sought to present a new form of contemporary dining in Vienna’s Inner City by emphasising the relationship between produce, people and place. Daily menus reflected what was in season and locally available, and the interior design provided a neutral, calm backdrop for the work on the plate.

The visual and strategic identity for C.O.P. reflected its philosophical commitment to simplicity, seasonal variability and a respectful presentation of produce and craft. The communication needed to hold both the conceptual nuance of the project and its visual minimalism in balance.
